**WHAT WE DO**
Pay directly from the car: Mercedes pay supports, among other things, in-car payments as well as payment processing via app and in the web shop.
We want customers’ contact with Mercedes pay and the payment transactions on the global platform to be as seamless as possible.
We are also developing exciting new payment products and solutions to provide customers with an even better user and payment experience.

**WHO WE ARE**
Mercedes pay plays a fundamental part in the mobility and digitalisation strategy of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. We operate the central payment processing platform and act as the competence centre for payments at Mercedes-Benz.
Mercedes pay launched in its first market in September 2018. We are now active in more than 45 countries on five continents, processing transactions for Mercedes-Benz products and services.
Depending on the market, Mercedes pay may process transactions from Mercedes me connect store, the Mercedes me app, in-car payments or even supporting online vehicle sales.
Due to our increasingly global footprint we are looking to open our first permanent representation in Asia.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
You will be in charge of driving growth of Mercedes pay within Asia by enabling businesses in the automotive industry to sell and scale more efficiently with a solid and easy-to-use payment solution.
- In charge of driving growth of Mercedes pay within Overseas Organization by enabling market entities to sell and scale more efficiently with a solid and easy-to-use payment solution.
- Negotiate and upsell different financial and payment products based on strategic targets, industry trends and market needs
- First contact person for live markets, ongoing rollouts, our payment products, and business development for all stakeholders across all hierarchies both internally and externally in Region Overseas.
- Target new customers or partners in Asia by networking (events, fairs, online and strategies) and introducing the services in the market
- Scout, review and qualify newly identified use cases and customers
- Ensure that new customers are set-up for successUse analytical skills to understand the market and create a tailored strategy

**WHAT WE EXPECT**
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in international & complex environments.
- Proven track-record of stakeholder management across hierarchical levels and functional areas.
- Adapting quickly and bring the emotional and cultural awareness to be the bridge between stakeholders in APAC.
- Team player and willing to interact daily with different kinds of people across the organization.
- Resilient leader and self-starter, even if things go crazy.
- Excellent communicator in English and ideally conversational in German. Any other languages are a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Asian & Western cultures.
- Good understanding of and strong network within Mercedes-Benz and its business model strategies.
- Knowhow of Mercedes-Benz financial service and leasing business, related customer journeys and product portfolio.
