
Senior Assistant Manager, Business Process

Reporting to VP Lifelong Learning and Alumni Engagement, the incumbent’s role is to support PaCE in driving change, optimizing business processes, and leading transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement strategies, and drive measurable results. In addition, the incumbent will develop project proposals, execute and monitor project timeline, and report on key projects for PaCE.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage change projects to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across PaCE.- Analyse, redesign and optimise key processes within various functions, including but not limited to programme development and launch, customer engagement, programme performance tracking, data protection and management, SSG reporting, etc.- Implement change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational processes within the department.- Support resource capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of NTU resources and alignment with strategic objectives.- Conduct research, analyze data, and compile information to support decision-making processes. Identify the key areas of reporting.- Provide strategic support to the Vice President by conducting analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and offering insights to drive business growth.
Key Competencies- Degree in related field, including Business Administration, Engineering-
- Strong internet research abilities- Possess strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks- Proficient in mapping process flows and process streamlining- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels
