**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and career development appropriate to the company’s corporate mission and goals
- Developing and implementing a sound Talent Development and Recruitment strategy to create a ‘high-performance’ contagious culture, but also to accommodate succession planning
- Managing performance evaluation review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance within the organization
- Developing and maintaining industry benchmarking in relation to all Talent practices
- Establish HR as the heartbeat of culture and people
- Provides ongoing training and guidance to managers and leadership teams about the need to adopt a holistic view of Talent Management requirements incorporating Learning, Career Development and Succession Planning, and how inputs from various sources like Performance Management, business strategies & organizational goals, personal aspirations and market imperatives drive these
- Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, fair, and equitable workplace.

- At least 5 years full-time experience in regional human resources
- Recruiting experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of local labor laws such as in Singapore and Australia is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English communications skills
- Detail oriented with project management skills
