My name is Lincoln and I am the owner of Don Sha Pte Ltd. My company is looking to hire 1-2 interns as part of our growing team to help out in a range of tasks from administrative work, accounts handling, customer relations and even overseas work trip exposure (primarily Indonesia, Batam).

We are a fast growing company with exposure to multiple industries including but not limited to brick and motor f&b stores (local and overseas), alcohol business, events handling and medical business.

We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals (possibly interested in entrepreneurship) with a drive to learn and constantly be exposed to new experiences. Fast learning on the job is a bonus but not a necessity. A hardworking nature and willingness to learn is the most important

Interns can expect to have exposure to a wide range of businesses, both already operational for a period of time and ones in the midst of startup. You can expect to have a crucial role in operations, to have a good mix of being on the road, desk-bound administration, meeting clients/ stakeholders and eventually overseas trips (yes, even as an intern). I own these businesses and will be personally guiding you along every step of the way. At the end of this internship, I expect you to be able to capably run your own business, strike it out on your own and leave with an invaluable experience that will shape the rest of your career.

This is in contrast to many business interns who are stuck working long hours in large faceless corporations where one's presence is not felt at all, and eventually you only receive one line on your CV "Intern at ____ for 6 months". To me, many firms view interns as just ‘cheap labour’. This is not the case for my company, and I keep a high standard of myself to ensure every individual’s contribution and presence is felt.

Expected duration of commitment: 3 months minimum, 6 months optimal. If interns are interested to convert to being full-time staff, that can be discussed at the end of said duration as well.

Pay: $800/month, variable bonus at the end of duration

Work hours: roughly 5 day work week however do expect hours to be irregular sometimes as is expected of the running of any business Likewise, if there are days where there is mínimal work to do, interns can expect to work from home/ off days
