Job Description

Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Intern

Location: Remote

Type: Freelance / Contract-Based

Hours: Full-time

Stipend: USD 200/month (This is an unpaid internship, with stipend.)

As an EIR, you'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to accelerate our startup's growth, help shape our GTM and fundraising strategy, and ensure the product and service are delivered seamlessly. This is a high-ownership role with real influence on how we scale and operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Your work will align with our current phase—driving traction, partnerships, and operational readiness. Depending on your interests and strengths, you may contribute to some or all of the following:
• Growth Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement strategies to acquire and retain users through community building, content, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
• Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with strategic partners (e.g. startups, clinics, influencers, communities) that align with our mission.
• Go-To-Market & Customer Development: Support early user onboarding, gather insights from customer feedback, and help refine our positioning and messaging.
• Operational Execution: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that our service is delivered effectively—helping coordinate logistics, improve workflows, and build scalable systems for delivering our product.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Drive rapid testing of new ideas, growth experiments, and product improvements based on user and market insights.
