Singapore PPG COATINGS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

As a Marine Sales Manager, your focus will be generating sales growth of coatings to both existing and new customers primarily through positive interactions with key decision makers at target companies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent field technical knowledge and services to customers. Minimize and handle required levels of quality and customer complaint resolution.
- Responsible for Revenue generation to achieve sales target by implementing Sales Strategies in line with Sub-regional plan for achieving local objectives
- Monitor pricing structure, gross margin, controlling collection and inventories. Deliver sales target to ensure good Gross Profit margin and net profit for Protective and Marine Coatings (PMC) Singapore. Implements accurate business review and guidance with team and other functions locally.
- Coordinates with internal teams: Technical Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, smooth supply, and service to customer.
- Conducts presentations and product training for internal team, and customers as per requirement and plan
- Collaborates with Country Finance Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses. Collaborates with Customer Service associate to ensure that distributors and customers have high level of satisfaction

Ensures conformance to PPG EHS and Compliance policies, and exhibits PPG Values
