Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be providing operations support for the Employee Benefits Solution Business (“EBS”) within service turnaround time. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Section Lead, EBS billing and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.
**Job Description**:
- Administer and maintain a portfolio of new or renewal cases to ensure prompt issuance of contracts and bills.
- Process renewals of packaged plans, issue premium notices, policy contracts and endorsements promptly and accurately
- Maintain member records of own portfolio
- Prepare Pruclinicare cards daily
- Dispatch renewal contracts and documents
- Provide support on ad-hoc tasks for the team
Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases and disease management
Working Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business administration
Education
- Degree in Business or related field of studies
