Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Billing Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and issuing invoices to clients in accordance with contracts and billing cycles. You will review billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. You will also maintain up-to-date records and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of billing systems and processes. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and a GCE O Level or above qualification.

Benefits

This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of renewal or conversion to a permanent role. You will be working Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm at our Harbourfront location.
