**Position Description**:
The New Consumer Health Company (NCHC) has a broad portfolio of products that can be donated to those in need and those impacted by humanitarian crises and disasters. The Global Community Impact group at NCHC is the focal point for developing strategies, providing guidance, and coordinating product donations and disaster response. The group is seeking a Senior Manager in Corporate Contributions responsible for Product Donations and Disaster Response to effectively manage and coordinate all activities around product donations and disaster response, for both domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with NCHC Operating Companies that make product donations and the nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that receive and distribute the donated products.
- Assess current practices and operating procedures and develop strategies to streamline, systematize, and implement consistent processes across the corporation that are consistent with and adhere to internal and global compliance regulations and guidelines.
- Represent NCHC and help maintain its position as an industry leader in product giving.
- Develop a strategic approach to leverage the portfolio of products and the production capacities of the NCHC to maximize the impact our products have on different disease states and environments.
- Manage the portfolio of produce-to-give programs (i.e., disaster module, hygiene kits, medical mission packs, etc.) and advance their prominence in scale and scope and ability to support stakeholder volunteerism.
- Monitor any natural disaster with significant humanitarian impact that warrant response from NCHC to assess the needs, develop response plans, and make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders on the appropriate level of response - cash, products, and other in-kind resources.
- Be current on global protracted humanitarian crises that warrant response.
- Develop strategies for preparing communities to respond and to mitigate the risk and reduce the impact of disasters.
- Develop reports and metrics that effectively capture the activities in product donations, disaster response, and protracted humanitarian crises.
- Work closely with the Global Community Impact Leader to prepare internal and external communication materials, key messages, and speaking points for highlighting our work in this area of responsibility.

**Qualifications** Required Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of general business experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership and managing projects required.
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience in engaging with nonprofit organizations or community stakeholders to develop partnerships or support local or global projects (even in a volunteered capacity).
- Proven organizational skills with ability to prioritize against multiple deadlines and manage projects at various stages of maturity required.
- Experience working in and leading multi-functional teams in a business environment and across different functional disciplines required.
- This position requires approximately 10 - 15% domestic and international travel.

**Preferred Competencies**:

- Master’s degree highly preferred.
