Job Role:

- Manage clients expectation and have the soft skills to manage the relationship with clients
- Plan, conceptualise and produce video production campaigns for clients
- Market research of clients, creating of creative angles that will meet their business objectives
- Liaise with clients during the course of preparation for video production
- Influencer / Model outreach and booking
- Assist with the on-site production such as art direction, video production set up and conducting of rehearsals
- Managing of workflow between pre-production, on shoot and post production teammates.
- Consolidation of post-production shots and edits for internal and external review
- Review post production edits with clients and project manage the revision timelines.
- Be a master at meeting deadlines and handling high volume of communication across all stakeholders.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
- Provide support for marketing initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Our work timings follow video production times, we may have shoots in the evening and weekends. Be prepared to have flexible working hours break the usual 9-5 grind.
- Previous video production experience is a big plus.
- Great interpersonal skills and communication skills over Whatsapp and other chat platforms
- Able to independently execute and take quick actions to make progress on your targets.
- Strong team player that can pull your weight.
- Able to handle challenging situations and have the spirit to overcome and accomplish great objectives.
- Fresh graduates from production/media/communications schools are welcomed to apply
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills, very organised and meticulous when tracking deadlines.
- Problem solver with a never give up attitude.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
