DBX, a leading creative storytelling studio based in Singapore, is seeking a talented Producer or an Assistant Producer join our dynamic team. The goal of this role is to drive our shift toward creative video production. In our ambitious team, each contribution you make will be crucial to our success.

We’re looking for a sharp, passionate **Assistant Producer / Producer**who can run with creative ideas and bring them to life with discipline and empathy. You’ll work closely with directors, clients, and crew to make projects happen — on time, on budget, and on brand.

Whether you're supporting logistics as an AP or leading as a Producer, you’re the calm in the chaos and the glue that holds it all together.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end production of video projects, including pitching, production, post-production, and material delivery.
- Define project scope and requirements with excellent time and people management skills.
- Communicate effectively with crew, vendors/partners, and agency/clients, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration.
- Demonstrate responsibility, initiative for self-improvement, and attention to detail.
- Utilize superb problem-solving skills to address challenges during production.

**Experience/Qualification**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in video production. (Assistant Producer to have 1-2 years of relevant experience)
- Proficient in tasks related to video production, with hands-on experience in the responsibilities outlined.
- Technical skills include building pre-production meeting decks using Google Slides and/or Keynote, as well as Excel for accounting purposes.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Film and Media Studies or a related field.
