**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Train, coach, and lead inside sales representatives to provide support for customers.
- Clarify inside sales representatives’ doubts, guide them through difficult calls and manage customers' expectations, and handle matters that cannot be effectively managed by representatives.
- Lead team meetings and understand the representatives’ issues and the type of calls that representatives receive.
- Coach representatives regarding procedures and clarify expectations of representatives.
- Assist Management in identifying trends and establishing KPIs.
- Ensure that inside sales representatives are maintaining optimal service levels and taking corrective actions if needed.
- Prepare and analyze reports to improve processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Authorizing replacements or refunds.
- Taking up ad-hoc tasks when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above.
- At least 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Good interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep pace with company policies, products, and services.
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Meticulous attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with the necessary technologies.
- Polite and professional.
