**Purpose of the role**
As part the APAC Regional Strategic Excellence team, the Corporate Strategy Manager is the senior lead on key regional corporate client accounts, providing added-value strategic consultancy and driving excellent, consistent service for client retention, growth and profitability.
They will drive the development of TEAM LEWIS’ corporate offering across existing and new sectors, helping the team to deliver a strategic brand position, factoring in key institutional and regulatory issues to help shape the direction for clients.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**
Client Servicing
- Work with highly motivated teams in the local markets and broader regional team to strengthen the Corporate Communications practice and offering
- Conduct consultation sessions and provide ongoing counsel to clients based on sound analysis and reporting
- Consult clients on high-level brand strategy, matching TEAM LEWIS services and resources to deliver impactful campaigns and value-added insight
- Advise the agency's key sustainability clients on corporate affairs, reputation management, and investors' concerns encompassed around environmental sustainability
- Serve as counsel to C-Suite clients in media strategy, stakeholder engagement, crisis mitigation, and corporate affairs
- Deliver excellent client communication and instil accountability for defining KPIs and service agreements
- Monitors and reports on account KPIs and ensures accurate reporting by all team members
- Promotes a cohesive service offering to clients, acting as an advocate of key services
New Business
- Identify and secure upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, plus client and services cascade opportunities across the network
- Understand the regulatory and institutional landscape in which our clients operate, identifying risks and opportunities for growth
- Lead the creation of high-quality written proposals for existing and new clients (prospecting and client acquisition).
- Recommend prospects to be targeted and oversee campaigns to engage with these prospects
- Network to cultivate regional and global senior client decision-makers; build relationships with key intermediaries and influencers
General
- Work with senior management to provide input towards developing the firm's strategic direction in the market
- Support and mentor junior team members in the fields of analytics, corporate communications and reputation management
- Helps clients identify and escalate risks to act and communicate with integrity
- Provide input for marketing and promotional activities in APAC
**About you**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and engaging personality
- Experience working across multi-market opportunities or has international outlook
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Thrives under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities
- Understanding of and experience in data handling and storytelling are a plus
- Minimum five years of client-facing
