**Your next opportunity**

As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in managing human resources functions within the organisation. This role will manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer letters for onboarding of new hires
- Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process, including exit interviews and final payroll processing
- Manage HR documentation, including employee records, contracts, and relevant documents
- Manage payroll processing and preparing payroll reports monthly
- Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions for employees and submit yearly IR21 tax returns and tax clearance using our HRMS
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore labour law and familiar with MOM regulations
- Attend to any HR-related matters and manage all stakeholders efficiently
- Provide support; as a backup to the receptionist cum office administrator in office administration if necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position
- Knowledge of Singapore labour law, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and HRMS
