**Overview**:
As part of the team, you will support the training administration process to ensure the proper execution of the company training plan as well as provide support during the audits. You will also be involved in supporting HR Operations in various HR administration and associate engagement work. You will also lead Direct Labour (DL) non-exempt talent acquisition and partner with the hiring managers to support their recruitment needs with proactive feedback, information and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the training administration process in managing the learning management systems, training registration as well as post training documentation activities
- Provide administrative support during audit preparation as well as act as back-up during audits.
- Administer employee benefits such as annual health screening, long service award, canteen and company transport.
- Support some HR Operations administration work
- Partner with the business units to be responsible for the full-cycle of DL (non-exempt) associate talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, salary proposal, offer and onboarding etc.
- Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies
- Prepare and analyse recruiting reports to ensure that recruiting metrics such as Time-To-Fill is maintained within the target
- Lead and participate in HR projects
- Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirements

**Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience leading direct labour recruitment, or diploma with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing hiring managers and stakeholders’ expectations
- Working knowledge on local employment laws and regulations
- Experience in ATS (eg. Workday) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of the use of Social Media or new technology/platform in talent acquisition will be advantageous
- IT-savvy with moderate analytical skills
