**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Implement and recommend Operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization
- Uphold the standards of food preparation, hygiene and quality of finished products (prepare, thaw, cut up and pack frozen meat)
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Walk-through the department to ensure team members are performing their stock replenishment, stock rotation, facing out duties, routine quality and expiry checks to provide freshest possible quality products for customers
- Establish strong customer communication to acquire feedback
- Coordinate with operations and logistics department to ensure stocks and delivery are in accordance to schedule.
- Ensure that the production date and product quality are in good condition before delivery to the warehouse
Keep the surrounding environment clean, take safety measures, and raise awareness of what should not happen
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Other duties as assigned by Company

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, wholesale of livestock, meat, poultry (fresh and frozen) brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
- Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging (fresh and frozen food) and good knowledge in products distributions through various channels
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (Strictly off on week day)
- Must be able to work extra hours if needed
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG
- Short of staff have to stand in. Field work is required
- Will need to be able to work on your feet for long periods and possess the ability to handle bulk orders
- Be comfortable to work in cold rooms with prolonged period of being on one's feet.
- Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendor
- Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills
- Coordinate between employee and admin Able to take stress.
