- Assign appropriate labs for testing including 3rd party labs
- Coordinate with BQS team to ensure surveyor is assigned and sample testing is conducted in a timely manner

- Contribute to business continuity planning, implementation, and execution
- Generate Invoice description for KAMs to input pricing
- Generate daily summary of total samples received, pending to receive, query samples and outgoing samples
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on job completion status
