1. Ensure warehouse operation (Inventory/Picking/Packing/Distribution) is conducted in accordance with the established procedures and report any non-compliance.

2. Conduct both physical and system check and investigation of stock variance or discrepancy.

3. Ensure remedial actions are taken in accordance with the established procedures both physically and in the WMS system.

4. Provide updates on assigned tasks, reports as and when required.

5. Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing.

6. Perform physical tasks in different area of operation such as replenishment, picking and packing of stocks.

7. Maintain and ensure accurate and organized record keeping.

8. Collaborate and provide information and assistance to internal and external customers when required.

9. Embrace, promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

10. Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
