**Job Highlights**:
- Working days: 5 days’ work week (Mondays to Fridays)
- Working hours: (8.30am to 5.30pm)
- Work location: Islandwide
- Remuneration package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability to perform
- Provide 1st / 2nd level remote support including setting up, configure and troubleshooting
- Manage one or more customer service or service desk functions. Eg. RMA process,, monthly report
- Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
- Provide support of general IT request eg VC connectivity/mobile issue
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
- Ensuring attending incoming calls on a timely manner & meeting it’s SLA
- Responsible to work closely with operation unit and support team to improve work process
- Knowledge sharing towards efficient and effective incident/problem and customer management
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision
- Responsible for assigned support issues
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum ITE in IT or equivalent studies.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in relevant role.
- Resourceful, highly driven and self-motivated with competency to network and strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly, helpful & strong verbal communication skill
- Experience and knowledgeable on MS office, Windows OS
- Positive attitude towards continuous learning
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practise.
