We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Support to join a management services global company to provide service desk support and monitor all systems to meet business needs and future development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to monitor all network, security, computer, and mobile systems to meet the organization's business needs and future development
- Assist to maintain the organization's LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi environment and systems
- Identify, analyze, resolve network problems, performance issues and computer resources allocation
- Handle installation of hardware and software as well as maintain software / hardware inventory, process renewal, maintenance, and subscription
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
