
IT Service Desk Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide IT Service desk support in Banking environment
- Follow client operational workflow/guidelines.
- Manage operational tickets at level 1 for incidents (perform troubleshooting to deliver a known solution or workaround) and service requests (documented steps to deliver an outcome) using the SOPs provided.
- Perform escalation (if needed) using the process given.
- Drive continuous improvement to the operations (time taken to deliver a final solution, L1 resolution rate, ticket backlog).
- Ensure after the initial knowledge transfer (within 4 weeks), there is on-going management of resources and skills.
**Minimum qualification**:
- Fresh ITE graduates preferred, diploma in related computer science/information technology is optional.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: Up to $2,600.00 per month
