**CREATIVE GROUP HEAD (ART-BASED)**

VCCP is the challenger agency for challenger brands. As we continue to grow the

business, we are looking for a range of highly talented and passionate individuals

to fill out our expanding team:
**Job Description**:

- Conceptualise across a broad spectrum of media, including digital, film, social, and activation
- Manage projects from start to finish, including briefing, concept development, concept selling, production and post-production
- Supervise and help mentor younger team members to develop their craft
- Engage regularly with clients for presentations, as well as production management at all stages
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure production quality
- Collaborate with other team members on concept development, execution and production

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio of work that displays an outstanding level of craft in art direction, as well as conceptual excellence, across a wide variety of media
- Minimum 7 years’ work experience within agencies
- An ability to lead a team, to offer guidance, inspiration, and mentorship
- Self-discipline and effective time management skills, in order to handle multiple projects at any given time
- Confidence in articulating your ideas to both internal stakeholders as well as senior clients
- An ability to foster effective collaboration amongst the wider team
- A positive attitude and effective communication skills, in order to engage productively with other team members, clients, agency partners, and suppliers
