We are looking for a talented creative powerhouse to spearhead and lead our growing creative team, towards a creative vision and strategy for the brand. That will be critical in elevating the brand globally. Somebody who isn’t afraid of taking risks on their way to creating innovative breakthrough executions that are rooted in a knowledge of what is trending in the industry culturally & digitally. Somebody who understand & embrace the difference between traditional advertising & industry’s future. This person also plays a vital role as a brand guardian of Pedro ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints & platforms.
The Head of Creative (Image, Advertising and Brand content) oversees the overall image & creative assets of Pedro brand and is required to work closely with Design, Global Brand Communication and Digital Transformation.
**Responsibilities**:
**Be a strategist**
- A passionate & mission-driven creative visionary with a customer-centric approach to design and storytelling thru yearly campaigns, model & product editorial, events & collaboration projects
- Provide & lead creative strategic plans to concept and develop new projects elevating brand positioning across all business, social & community platforms
- Transforming data and audience insights into compelling visual stories to improve creative assets for driving business performance
- Develop, manage & mentor talents of Marketing creative team into high performance & effective individual & collectives
- Taking lead in developing effective framework, tools, reporting & processes
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
**Core Function - Seasonal Campaign & Editorial (Product, Model & Event)**
- Effective yearly budget planning & utilization aligning with targeted business performance goals
- Spearhead artistic direction, mood board concept, product selection & production house selection for each collection campaign, editorial & all other creative projects
- Take on full ownership of content conceptualization to development for all projects across channels including social media, websites, blog and press. Output including photo shoot, videos with a full understanding of online & offline practices
- Collaborate with relevant department on script writing and tone of voice for campaign and editorials
- In charge of elevating product & wardrobe styling for all consumer touch points of the brand
- Ensuring choice of music and sound curation for videos/stores to reflect the mood of our campaign/collection
- Supervise a cross functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers, videographers & creative content developer in all creative deliverables
- Take charge of utilization of creative asset lay out of marketing in print & online
**Secondary Function - Marketing, Event & PR Management**
- Research and propose collaboration ideas focusing on elevating brand positioning & identity, reaching to larger audience globally
- Innovative proposal, source and coordinate brand level marketing activities
- Work closely with the Digital Social Team on key words and lay-out to optimize SEO and ROI of all campaign
- Collaborate with Digital Transformation Team to leverage analytics insights to develop smart and creative content to optimize ROI (impression/bounce rate/conversion)
- Work closely with operational marketing teams to support local campaign/content/event when needed
- Direct any advertorial collaboration when needed
- Work closely with the Global Communication Officer to develop Press Day event concept
**Requirement**
- A minimum of at least 5-7 years in the Fashion industry or similar job function
- Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art direction & a great sense of fashion and abilities to detect new upcoming trends in the industry
- Strong creative vision of business objectives & experience in business operations, digital marketing & digital channels performance
- Excellent skills required in strategic thinking, communication, leadership, teamwork & project management skills
- Fluency in English required, additional languages will be a plus
- In-depth knowledge & hands on experience across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile & community platforms
