We’re a growing interior design and renovation firm that takes pride in delivering quality and practical solutions for residential and commercial spaces. As we moving forward to take on more **project opportunities**, we are looking for a reliable and experienced professional to support us in **tendering and bidding processes**.

**Job Scope**:
You will assist our team and provide consultation/working experience in preparing tender submissions for government or private commercial projects. Tasks include:

- Reviewing tender documents and identifying submission requirements
- Assisting in technical and pricing proposals
- Ensuring compliance with BCA/URA/local tender requirements
- Advice on improving win rate or bid strategy
- Drafting or formatting documents for submission (design, costing, timeline)
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimations, and schedule of worksCompiling all required documents and drawings to meet submission deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in tender preparation (especially for interior design or renovation works)
- Knowledge of Singapore’s construction and regulatory environment (BCA, GeBIZ, URA, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic layout/presentation tools
- Bonus: Familiar with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe InDesignStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently
