Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the project management team in delivering high-quality renovation and interior projects.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitoring and coordinating site activities, guaranteeing work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards.
  • Managing project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits.
  • Addressing maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Attending project meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
