Responsible for the configuration, implementation and ongoing management of Project AVEVA Net and ISM instances. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in Project data capture, verification and handover.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the Single Point Of Contact for all matters related to set up, maintenance, administration, system upgrade and troubleshooting of AVEVA NET system deployed on all Company FPSO projects.
- Coordinate with the engineering disciplines assigned to the project and work closely with project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations and construction team and meet or where possible to exceed on-time deliverables maintaining the quality and safety in each activity.
- Establish and maintainthe creation of Class Library and can define its structure and mapping techniques in ISM.
- Develop efficient data capture, validation, loading and handover work processes to meet Client/Project schedule requirements
- Establish new Project Portals which effectively reflect Client/Project Class Libraries, data structure and handover requirements
- Ongoing Gateway configuration, maintenance and development of AVEVA NET portals.
- Generation of Query Forms, SSRS and BI reports communicating data discrepancies, omissions, completion trending and status
- Raise the profile of Information Management and a data-centric culture via effective Portal development and deployment
- Shall be capable of developing Work Instructions for users of AVEVA NET.
- Must understand company goals and implement management directives and policies.
- Anticipate potential problems and take preventive actions.
- Reports to Group Lead of Engineering and Design System in Engineering Management department and to Systems Lead when assigned to a project role.
- Support Product Manager in planning and delivering AVEVA NET solutions on projects.
- Interface with all disciplines to clarify/explain AVEVA NET intent and suggest alternatives when the need arises.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of company work methodology/procedures.
- Conclude all open issues amicably.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Training in AVEVA NET administration
- AVEVA NET and AVEVA ISM administration. Experience in AVEVA NET and AVEVA ISM implementation.
- Be fully proficient in exception handling between AVEVA system with associated Gateways and Client system
- Have extensive knowledge on AVEVA registers gatewayinterface with Client system
- Experience in mapping Company data and document structures to Client structures. Have an in-depth understanding of FEED & Detailed Design deliverables, theirexecution methodology and their interdependencies with one another.
- Have previous experience in Engineering Information Management.
- Possess previous experience of AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration skills on Oil & Gas Projects,with specific reference to Major Capital Projects.
- Knowledge of Engineering Design software like AVEVA E3D, AVEVA Engineering is a plus.
- Possesses good working knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry, including EPCs and Owner Operators (preferred but not mandatory).
- Shows evidence of good organization skills.
- Demonstrates ability to take lead.
- Commitment to take responsibility.
