**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute integrated AVEVA-led partner demand generation campaigns and programs that deliver targeted, qualified leads
- Own and drive the partner marketing targets - leads generated and passed to partners, pipeline and closed won bookings
- Lead initiatives to execute and measure the performance of the demand generation campaigns and programs
- Ensure that the lead passing, and management process is working correctly
- Support field marketing teams with other partner related tactics
- Support the channel sales teams on requests related to partner enablement and engagement
- Work with partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, to deliver world-class marketing activities leading to a strong sales pipeline and enhancing our relationships with partners
- Execute communications with partners including meetings, newsletters, and webinars
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners; and work on joint marketing plans to help drive pipeline, bookings and awareness with them

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or marketing related degree preferred
- B2B marketing experience in hi-tech or software industry
- Previous experience in demand generation/partner marketing/field marketing of 3-5 years
- Marketing automation and CRM skills are desirable - ideally Salesforce and Marketo
- Strong work ethic, project management and organisational skills
