In your new role you will:

- As a **strong technical lead **to drive and rollout ES core solution to **support Industrial 4.0 projects, Digitalization, Lights-Out Initiatives, Analytics and Automation Change Request/Enhancement items**:

- As a **Key Business Analyst **to collaborate within the internal Factory Integration (FI) team (cross-functional units) to drive and deep-dive end to end Backend ES layer solutions with high competency (supportGlobal Chip and HPS sites requirement analysis/ specification to strive for global solution standardization
- **Ability to work as a project manager (PJM) to coordinate and lead aproject delivery within ES**:

- Familiar and have in-depth understanding to **ensure MES workflow orchestration within Execution Solution (ES) and Enterprise **Architecture(EA) **layer integration interfaces are meeting FI principal and always drive harmonization across all BE sites
- Ensure **High-Quality Software deliverables **and Software Quality assurance

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A recognized Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of working experience
- **Strong solution or technical knowledge in Manufacturing Execution systems (example: Camstar), Shopfloor Workflow or equivalent**:

- Experience in Semiconductor and Electronic industry manufacturing processes
- **Project Management, Agile development and ITIL certification **would bean added advantage
- **Leading and hands-on in SDLC processes **and best practice sharing
- Work as a Business Analyst role to understand requirement engineering and define solution specifications on various projects related to I4.0, Digitalization, high automation initiative
