**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the CTO to lead a team of developers
- Review solution architecture and design together with tech leads
- Leading team of around 10 members
- Drive standards, best practices, and development principles
- Manage day to day project delivery across functional teams.
- Liaise with local and overseas stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Ensuring quality and timely deliverables

**Requirements**:

- A complete understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle and supporting delivery methodologies, including Agile, Lean and Scrum.
- Strong background in software development, including knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (such as serverless,.Net, nodejs, JavaScript, React), software architecture, and agile development methodologies
- Experience in the design and implementation of modern cloud architectures (Azure/AWS) that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable
- Has good working experience working with python and Azure Data technology stacks will be of advantage
- Experience in testing methodologies, including automation
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) operations, tooling
- Strong technical communication skills to effectively manage a team of software engineers, collaborate with stakeholders and present technical information to non-technical audiences
- Technical leadership to mentor software engineers, prioritise projects and manage budgets and timelines

Roles:

- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage CRM and marketing platform.
- Leading technical design sessions & developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business strategy
- Implement CRM solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Integrate CRM solutions with enterprise datawarehouse solution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on how best to set up business processes and technical solutions to achieve their goals
- Guiding the dev team on Salesforce best practices and establishing frameworks for development

Requirements:

- 7+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
- Experience in various technologies, languages including.Net, Javascript libraries, microservices
- Experience of integrations with other enterprise systems including complex datawarehouse
- Experience with packaged software or custom development implementations of projects
- Comfortable designing robust data models, enterprise-level architectures and complex integrated solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adaptable to changing business needs

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
