**In this role, you'll**:

- Lead a team of engineers in the development and delivery of products and services.
- Set technical direction for the engineering team.
- Work with the CTO to develop and implement the company's technology strategy.
- Ensure that the engineering team is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Oversee the budget and resources for the engineering team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the engineering team.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the engineering team.

**Here's what you'll need to bring to the table**:

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven track record of success in leading engineering teams
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A love of building things and solving problems
