Singapore A*STAR Agency for Science, Technology and Research Full time

1. Work with a team of engineers and technicians to support research and development work. These include:
a. Setting-up of models and instrumentation for experiments in TCOMS Ocean Basin.

b. Dismantling of setup after the completion of model tests.

c. Procurement of equipment/consumables for experiments

d. Management and maintenance of lab equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

e. Maintenance of the lab working environment and compliance with safety standards.

2. Support logistic work in the Ocean Basin facility, including lifting, forklift and scissor lift operations, and work-at-height operations (formal training will be provided).

3. Support basin operations during experiments (training will be provided).

4. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Qualification & Field of Study

Diploma, ITE certificate or equivalent.

Work Experience

1. 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates may also apply).

2. Experience in mechanical design, fabrication work and electronic systems will be an advantage.

Other Requirements

1. Good interpersonal and communications skills.

2. Ability to adapt and work effectively as team player.

3. Facilitate on-time task completion by using appropriate resources effectively.

4. Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
