**Responsibilities**:

- This position shall be stationed in Q & M Dental Centre-City Square Mall, reporting to Lab Team Leader.
- Response and answer to SDCC calls, update of SDCC’s WhatsApps information for the team.
- Assist to prepare for case collection.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing cases, communicate with courier service, and tracking of all cases movement.
- Maintain records of all incoming cases and invoicing all outgoing cases.
- Ensure that all cases have to be checked by the Lab Team Leader before despatching to the clinics.
- Ensure cases have been well packed before each collection by the courier.
- Manage and maintains of all mailling machine with care.
- Perform housekeeping of the lab premises, daily maintenance of all lab machines.
- Perform inventory check once a month with QuantumLeap Team.
- Prepare order form, and check with all technicians for stock replenishment on a weekly basis.
- Ensure prompt submission of purchasing order upon receiving approval from the Lab Team Leader.
- Ensure all clinics have lab sheets and updated price list, packaging boxes for business continuity.
- In-charge and ensure that all document collection (invoices, courier service slips, credit notes), in sorted order, are handover to QuantumLeap on a monthly basis.
- To fabricate dental prosthetic with digital work flow.
- To assist any denture repair request by CSM dentist
- Any other ad-hoc reasonable task may be assigned to you on time to time basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Higher NITEC in Biotechnology or Chemical Technology from ITE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
- Meticulous in handling lab administrative work.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently as well as be a good team player within cross-functional teams.
