About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician (Fixed Prostheses) to join our team. You will be responsible for fabricating a wide range of fixed dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and implant-supported restorations. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review dental prescriptions, specifications, and models to determine prosthesis design.
  • Fabricate, repair, and adjust fixed dental prostheses, ensuring proper fit and occlusion.
  • Work with CAD/CAM systems to digitally design and manufacture restorations.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other lab technicians to ensure quality and functionality of dental products.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the lab environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a dental lab, specifically in fixed prosthetics.
  • Minimum Diploma or certification in Dental Technology, Dental Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape).
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and understanding of dental materials and processes.
  • Motivated team player with good communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
