**Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards**
- Spearhead the introduction of new processes in the factory.
- Work with the suppliers and/or the assigned engineers from HQ on the installation of new equipment/tools.
- Establish procedures and conduct trainings with the relevant sections in the manufacturing line.
- Propose solutions, evaluate, and recommend changes for process enhancement to improve quality and build cycle time.
- Lead and work with the HW team on the design of prototype daughter boards, including the replacement of defective components in a complex board layout during PCB repair.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry
- Process improvement & troubleshooting related experiences.
- Preferably with electronic hardware and PCB repair knowledge.
