**OVERVIEW**:**Responsibilities**:

- Perform budget planning and tracking to ensure return-on-investment (ROI) of information resources.
- Establish and manage vendor and industry practitioner networks, and keep updated on relevant information resources that may be utilised by staff.
- Build relevant and comprehensive information resources and metadata, which include removing those that are no longer relevant.
- Ensure that DSTA can comply with licensing terms when purchasing information resources, and obtain waiver approval where needed.
- Plan cataloguing / data annotation and metadata mapping, to enable search and recommendations on our digital learning platform.
- Plan and co-implement projects to leverage AI to support self-directed work research and learning.
- Co-plan approach and activities to promote staff’s usage of information resources.
- Identify staff’s development needs, co-develop training plans, and coach staff.
- Advise users on library policies.
- Supervise team to ensure compliance with related procurement, finance, IT and data management policies as well as Standard Operating Procedures relating to library operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Leadership abilities, with experience in a supervisory role.
- Resourceful, proactive and meticulous with excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, presentation and reporting skills.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 ~ 10 years
