**About the Team**
At Workday, we are expanding the Revenue Operations Demand Management team in the APJ region for the first time. We are looking for an Analyst to join our growing group to manage prospecting sequences, incorporate high priority marketing assets and campaigns and promote visibility and awareness through our sales engagement platform.
This role will have excellent exposure in the business and a high degree of autonomy, with ample opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally across the region
**About the Role**
- The regional Revenue Operations Demand Management Analyst role will collaborate with demand orchestration, marketing, global sales, sales development, sales operations and other internal teams to develop and implement prospecting campaigns for pipeline development and sales prospecting activities (inbound and outbound).
- The newly-created role will lead various process optimisation workstreams with a broad scope of collaborators related to sales prospecting effectiveness, while identifying and proactively working to improve internal processes.
- Collaboration is key in our team. Our colleague will work with Corporate Sales Development, Account Executives, Enablement and Marketing to design the best communication plan to promote prospecting sequences and other related marketing assets.
- Within the business, this role will provide regular updates on usage, sequence performance and testing methodologies. You will connect internally to share feedback, as well as track, measure and report on sales campaign efficiency across multiple internal channels.
- Lastly, handle localization requests for high priority sales prospecting demand generation campaigns into native languages.

**Basic Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, sales operations, publishing or content marketing
- familiarity with general and APJ specific sales content and prospecting standard methodologies
- Ability to define and develop metrics to measure sales content performance against strategic and operational goals
- Experienced user of Salesforce, Excel and other sales analytics software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Enterprise Software/SaaS industry preferred
- Familiarity with demand generation technologies and project management tools
- Experience using Smartsheet, Asana or other project management software tools
- Leadership or people management experience with the ability to influence at all levels, as well as global cooperation
