Revenue Operations Lead

**About the Role**
- WalkMe is looking for a quantitative and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Lead who will be a member of WalkMe's Sales Operations team through partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can work with cross-functional and global teams. The revenue operations lead will report to the APJ Head of Revenue Operations.
**What You'll Own**:
- Be a trusted advisor to APJ GTM leadership by providing advice based on data analysis, best practice-sharing, and experience
- Lead cross-functional business activities e.g., sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and process improvements
- Work with Global team to communicate and clarify sales compensation policies, and assist with sales incentives administration
- Manage day to day process escalations to remove sales bottlenecks in internal processes
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Minimum bachelor's degree with 7-year relevant experience as a sales operations analyst in SaaS or Enterprise Software industry.
- Experience with startups and hyper-growth SaaS companies in APJ markets
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience in analyzing business insights from large, complex data sets
- Good Knowledge on CRM systems and BI reporting tools, preferably Salesforce and Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at the same time where priorities can frequently change and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment
