Overview:
As the VP of Marketing for APJ, you will create the overall marketing strategy and plan for APJ to drive awareness and demand in the marketplace. You will oversee Asia Pacific, India and Japan marketing teams. You will create a programmatic and measurable approach to generate pipeline and maximize revenue from existing customers as well as drive net new logos. You will work closely with the global marketing team to extend and customize global programs in region.
This role reports to the SVP Demand Generation who reports to the CMO with a dotted line reporting to the SVP and Managing Director of APJ.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Developing an integrated marketing strategy and plan across APJ
- Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Building brand awareness through PR and customer references
- Developing in region customer stories
- Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams
- Managing and reviewing the marketing budget
- Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies.
- Developing a C-level program that include, executive networking events, Round tables and integrated programs
What you'll bring to the team:
- 10-15 years experience running APJ marketing at a high tech company
- Strong expertise across marketing, including demand generation, brand marketing, PR, digital marketing & performance marketing.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
- Proven track record building, scaling and leading high performing marketing teams.
- You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of senior management and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales
- Able to build and motivate high-functioning remote teams.
