Singapore Williams Sonoma Full time

**Order Management**
- Coordinate with Global company-owned and franchise partners on order submissions
- Execute timely order placements, monitor order acceptance, and perform order revisions to vendors
- Maintain and update accurate ship dates, order quantities, costs, and descriptions on purchase orders
- Monitor and track purchase orders, shipping, and receiving activity
- Provide status updates as needed to internal and external stakeholders

**Allocation**
- Learn, monitor, and manage retail allocation parameters and flow quantities to support promotional activity, high-seasonal holidays, markdown replenishment, and in-store events
- Learn how to develop seasonal floor set allocation plans that support purchase order ETA’s, inventory in-stock requirements, and store receiving capacities
- Build allocation strategies to maintain optimum inventory flow to stores based on store-level performance analysis (Department contribution, Regular vs Markdown sales, Bay Counts/Square footage)
- Execute allocations to support Seasonal Floor Sets, Floor Model Counts, and Perimeter/Bay-Count requirements by store group

**Merchandise Planning (Development Track)**

**Pre-Season**:

- Partner planners together with the merchant team to develop annual and seasonal financial plans that support the brand strategies
- Support planners with merchants to establish seasonal assortment roll-up plans
- Learn to analyze business performance, SKU productivity, and trends and provide hind sights to identify opportunities and drive pre-season strategy and assortment plans
- Ensure SKU plans are completed and passed to achieve PO placement deadlines and address any issues that impede this goal for core and seasonal products
- Manage successful placement and accurate tracking of brand Global purchase orders

**In-Season**:

- Participate in business reviews and support merchant team to take appropriate actions to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity (daily, weekly, monthly) at all levels
- Support planners with the merchant team to develop 12 monthly rolling financial forecasts
- Learn to analyze inventory levels and ensure inventory ownership supports brand strategy, minimizes stock-outs and manages inventory flow to ensure appropriate in-stock rates are achieved for CORE product and seasonal launches
- Study promotional plans with planners in partnership with the merchant team to update and plan exit strategies
- Liaise with the Order Management team on placement and tracking of Global purchase orders
- Proactively and collaboratively address any shortcomings or opportunities to improve tools and processes

**Reporting and analysis**
- Run weekly/monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Participate in the analysis of shipment timing to support the monthly revenue forecast

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong follow through
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong ability to partner and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
