Product Development Manager

You will assist to analyse architectural and design proposals for Residential, Commercial & Hotel developments. The Product Development team will review and brainstorm building and design solutions with the aim of maximising return value. Your scope will also include evaluating consultants’ proposals for building layout, façade, interior design, lightings, landscape and other building design-related matters. You will be part of the team to conduct market research and carry out periodic visits to approve prototypes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience in architectural or building industry
- Strong knowledge and interest in design
- Analytical, resourceful and self-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
