Event Space Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Replying inquiry, preparing quotation & follow up on payments
- To promote and sell event space to client
- To maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates, and pricing
- Preparing space sales reports and summarizing information of competitors
- To meet and exceed KPI targets
- Maintaining space & office daily operation
- Monitoring & updating of space booking status
- Track and follow up on space activities
- Supervise space & office inventory check & replenishment
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in this capacity is preferred.
- Degree and above
- Good computer knowledge
- Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and strong sense of responsibilities.
- Positive mind-set and a solution focused approach
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin

**Skills**:

- Possess excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc.)
- Experience in managing online space platform, website and social media will an added advantage

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,000/month
- Entitled to commission
- Normal working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
