A well renowned Client in the Food Manufacturing space is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Leader - APAC & MEA to drive and lead the transformation of its customer service function into a best-in-class setup, collaborating closely with international business operations.

In this role, you’ll interact with commercial leaders and key customers to enhance customer-focused approach and drive performance improvements. This position is based in Selangor, Malaysia and your scope will cover all relevant business units across numerous countries in the APAC & MEA region.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with proven problem-solving capability, strong in driving continuous improvement, has collaborative approach, and empowers teams to drive change and deliver exceptional results. Having prior experience in establishing and managing shared service business operations is beneficial. Additionally, a background in overseeing the setup, expansion, or improvement of customer service functions within a manufacturing setting is highly advantageous.
