**Company Overview**: Our client is a prominent retail company with a robust market presence in their field. As they continue to expand and enhance their operations in Singapore and the Southeast Asia market, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Selection Manager to join their dynamic and fast-growing team.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for new outlet locations, including site selection and lease negotiation.
- Develop and manage budgets for site acquisitions and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits related to real estate, construction, and facilities activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in site selection and acquisition projects, preferably in the **Retail **or **F&B **industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations in Singapore and Southeast Asia markets.
- Bilingual in **English **and **Chinese**, as you will be speaking to Chinese stakeholders regularly.
