Sales & Solutions Specialist - Asean

Our client is a global player in the moving image industry for its camera systems & lighting, etc.
**Position Summary**
- The Sales & Solutions Specialist will be responsible for developing and diversifying the client base of the ARRI Solution business across the ASEAN region
- Energetic professional experienced in handling a wide range of tasks and able to work independently, well organized, flexible and enjoying team work spirit.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for acquisition of projects, product and 3rd party sales as well as negotiation of terms of Solution Services
- Identify potential business and technology partners, engage and formulate relationship in addition to supporting existing ones
- Engage with regional representatives to identify global and regional sales opportunities to grow the business naturally
- Engage and foster relationships with Content Producers (Studios, Broadcasters, Streaming Services) technology and production executives.
- Network and develop relationships with creative decision makers
- Identify and quantify new market segment opportunities for current or future products
- Track industry trends, particularly disruptive technology or business changes, identify threats, and opportunities
- Develop educational, demonstration, and promotional plans in addition to producing visual samples.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the global team.
- Travel internationally is required
**Requirements**:
- Degree in business related disciplines
- Min. 5 years in the Entertainment industry with working knowledge of production technologies and practices.
- Creative and/or technical inclined
- Minimum 5-year experience with business development
- Confident, independent, and self-motivated with strength in building relationships on all levels
- Attentive to details with strong organizational skills Proficient in written and spoken English.
