**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with both internal and external bodies which include and are not limited to logistics providers, banks, customers, suppliers, internal overseas officers, and other departments.
- Manage the requirements and expectations of suppliers and customers which involves coordination of shipment, understanding of Contracts/Agreements, generating shipping documents, and maintaining close communication with the involved parties.
- Reviewing and updating of Contracts to ensure operations are run in accordance with the Contracts and to ensure compliance when engaging with involved parties.
**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of sales (BtoB/ BtoC) experience in any industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., suppliers and customers)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good follow-up skills with the capability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience in handling of Letter of credit
- Relevant experience in the Metals/Aluminium Industry
- Experience in SAP is preferred
