As an E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will work closely with various departments, including customer service, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure a seamless fulfillment process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining our high standards and helping us to continue growing as a leading online retailer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are picked, packed, and shipped according to established guidelines
- Coordinate with inventory management and warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure that all products are readily available for order fulfillment
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to address any issues or concerns related to order processing, shipping, and delivery
- Track and monitor shipping status and delivery times, proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise
- Analyze order and shipping data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Assist in implementing and maintaining fulfillment-related software and systems, including order management systems, warehouse management systems, and shipping software
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure that our fulfillment processes remain compliant and competitive
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with order management systems, warehouse management systems, and shipping software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
