We’re seeking a proactive E-commerce Specialist to join our team. This role provides an exciting chance for those eager to dive into digital sales. You’ll receive cross-training in key areas of our e-commerce operations, equipping you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to adapt and contribute across multiple facets of the business—including design and user experience—will be instrumental in driving success.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations, including overseeing inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of online sales orders and resolving logistics issues.
- Handle consumer enquiries across e-commerce platforms with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Analyze consumer data to identify market trends and emerging opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and implement online sales campaigns, driving revenue and customer engagement.
- Develop, implement, and refine design strategies to address new and existing customer needs, continuously improving brand engagement.
- Prepare, generate, and review monthly operational reports to provide insights that guides key decision-making processes
- Collaborate with different departments to create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts for E-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Provide input on the design and functionality of E-commerce platform, working to optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer behaviour data, including click-through rates and bounce rates, improving the site's usability and design features
- Assisting in design of promotional materials and content that enhance the aesthetic appeal of online stores to drive customer engagement.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and quick-learning attitude.
- Ability to lead initiatives and think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated drive and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and a passion for improving digital customer experiences.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
