IT Production Support Management
- Develop relations with business community and the out sourced service providers;
- Manage IT Vendors, associated KPIs and relationship.
- Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to ITLT as required
- Planning and coordinating the resources and capabilities required to design new or changed services
- Planning and managing support for incident management tools and processes
- Coordinating interfaces between incident management & service management processes, across projects, vendors and service teams
- Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support
- Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues
- Report promptly to management and business regarding critical outages until resolution
- Manage off-shore, outsourced vendor to an SLA and execution of critical situations
- Allocate support staff (first
- and second-line) to resolve problems/incidents Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of service design activities and processes
- Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process

Change Management
- Manage overall quality of the Change Management process and function as focal point regarding changes for PACS IT organization.
- Manage /improve where applicable, processes connected to change management
- Identification of potential risks associated with change requests where applicable
- Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change
- Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes

Disaster Recovery
- Facilitate the disaster recovery plan development, testing and associated processes that ensure the security and integrity of Prudential data, databases, information systems, and technology.
- Work with BCM to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption.
- Manage/ develop RTO & RPO standards and agreements with Prudential business/ departments and vendors.
- Monitors and tests the plans and backup systems.
- Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery.
- Develop training, documentation and communication of disaster procedures to the organization.

IT Risk Coordination
- Collaborate with IT Governance team on IT security, PDPA and Ops risks.
