As a key member in the Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration Team, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, IA experts, and regional leaders across the business and technology to passionately understand our digital needs and execute on our IA roadmap, and ultimately enable outcomes that matter in our local markets.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and expert in intelligent automation products, this role will empower our technology and business partners through the delivery of high-quality IA solutions that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Intelligent Automation (IA) Technical Product Owner (TPO) - Commercial owns and executes the IA Technology Strategy for ASPAC Consumer Health. Business areas of focus include, but are not limited to customer development, squads, and digital experience.

In addition to strategic accountability, this role is also responsible for: delivering end-to-end Automation Solutions, business engagement to identify opportunities, analyzing feasibility/fit, leading technical teams in build and support activities, tracking value, and continuous improvement activities.

The TPO will collaborate with other IA Product Teams, the IA Platform team, and communities of practice to ensure consistency, quality, scalability, compliance, and points of leverage where possible to accelerate strategic objectives.

Strong communication skills, as well as knowledge of RPA Technologies, IT architecture, IT security standards, and agile methodologies are a must.

This role will also be responsible for:

- Strategy:

- Embedding within stakeholder teams to understand complex business challenges, opportunities, and industry trends
- Partnering closely with business leaders and IA Platform Team(s) to shape the IA product roadmap while optimizing the use of evolving IA capabilities to solve evolving business challenges
- Providing thought leadership to pull forward transformational changes enabled by an integrated Intelligent Automation and data strategy
- Partnering with and integrating within Global Strategic Programs to maximize the value within ASPAC, while also providing use-cases to be leveraged across regions
- Business Requirements:

- Understanding and analyzing end-to-end business processes while supporting the translation of needs into technical automation solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop high-level business cases for project investments
- Delivery Team Lead:

- Communicating the vision and target outcome to the technical team
- Understanding development estimates and how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements
- Providing design and technical guidance and supporting development as needed
- Managing the delivery team's capacity and resource allocations based on priorities and task complexity
- Understanding the core internal IT products in order to inform IA design
- Responsible for ensuring compliance across all delivery and support processes
- Continuous improvement and optimization of tools, capabilities, support, and IT processes
- Project Management:

- Responsible for the overall delivery timeline of projects
- Verifying scope and acceptance conditions, planning for resources, controlling project execution, coordinating project team activities, and securing additional funding/resourcing as needed
