We are seeking a versatile Product Owner to help us deliver Quantifeed’s Delivery and Client Success services,based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project team to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Identify key requirements from the client and own the delivery book of work for the client assigned, also coordinate the requirements for cross-functional teams backlog.
- Manage day-to-day communication and be the point of contact for the client. Internal communication and coordinate the analysis, design, build, and test phases against the planned timeline and remove any impediments to working relevantly with the program managers and Head of Delivery.
- team collaborations, identify risks and opportunities across single or multiple projects within the company aligning them to the delivery framework and Target operating model.
- Manage change requirements, working through the change control process.
- Be responsible for regular milestone tracking, project status reporting, and updates.
- Lead scrum ceremonies like scrum planning, review and maintain the project updates on relevant tools like Azure DevOps Backlog, JIRA, etc.
- Work closely to ensure post-go-live stabilization is achieved and Handle BAU support escalations and incident reporting in hand with the client success team.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives like automation testing and process improvements, training documentation wiki updates etc.
- Provide insight and feedback to influence Quantifeed’s product roadmap and strengthen product/market

**Requirements**:

- 8 or more years of experience in technical BA, Technical Project manager, or client success Agile/scrum teams preferably in the Banking and financial services Industry. Agile project experience with facilitation skills for eliciting requirements and solutions and delivery across multiple teams, escalation, etc.
- Ability and experience in engaging and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on the business and technical side virtually and face-to-face as needed.
- Familiarity with automation testing, alert management, and reporting tools. Experience with Reviewing scenarios with Gherkin syntax, TDD/BDD test approach, and knowledge of automation testing
- Understanding of financial markets including wealth management products and trade flows (such as Funds, ETFs, and Stocks).
- Hand on with SQL
- Preferred exposure to.NET
- Preferred experience in Banking Migration, technical upgrade, digital transformation, or cloud projects
- PMP/ SCRUM product Owner or Master or equivalent certification will be preferred.
- prefered understanding practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), automation, and infrastructure as code
- Self-starter, hands-on solution provider, and passionate problem solver with a willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
